DAD: Notice of record date for Dividend payment

DAD announces the notice of record date for Dividend payment as follows:

- Issuer: Da Nang Education Development and Investment JSC

- Stock code: DAD

- Par value: VND 10,000

- Stock type: Common stock

- Record date: 10/9/2010

- Ex-date:

+ For T+3 transactions: 8/9/2010

- Reasons: First Dividend payment 2010 in cash

+ Exercise rate: 7% (Shareholders receive VND 700 for every 01 share they own)

+ Exercise date: 28/9/2010

+ Place of payment:

- For deposited shares: Securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.

- For undeposited shares: Da Nang Education Development and Investment JSC everyday in a week (including Saturday and Sunday) since 28/9/2010. Securities certificate and Identification Card (Original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addtion to the mentioned above.

Vietnam Securities Depository suspends the depository of SD7 on.
