DIG: Information on projects
Development Investment Construction Joint Stock Corporation (DIC Corp) has informed of implementing projects as follows:
1. The Dai Phuoc – Dong Nai ecological urban area: Completing infrastructure on the area of 98 hectares which is directly invested by DIC Corporation. It is expected to hand over bottom land of villas to customers and be recorded in business result in November 2010.
2. The Lakesides apartment block – Vung Tau City: It is expected to hand over to customers and be recorded in business result in the middle of October 2010.
3. The An Son hill villa – Da Lat: Constructing 62 villas and requiring the main contractor to complete infrastructure before 15th November 2010. It is expected to hand over to customers and be recorded in business result in December 2010.
4. The Nam Vinh Yen – Vinh Phuc new urban area: Completing 50% of razing the ground and preparing for implementing infrastructure (Traffic, water and electricity supply). It is expected to put into operation in 2011.
5. Other projects:
* Project of Phonix apartment block and office building – Vung Tau city: Completing foundation and preparing for implementing basement
* Project of Thuy Tien resort: Implementing foundation at the end of Q3/2010
* Project of Hau Giang residential area: Payment for compensation and clearing the ground worth VND70 billion in Q3/2010.
