VMD: Late submission of the examined financial statement

On 18th August 2010, the VIMEDIMEX Medi - Pharma Joint Stock Company (VIMEDIMEX) received a Decision No.178/QD-SGDHCM of the Hochiminh Stock Exchange dated 17th August 2010 about approval for listing stock of VIMEDIMEX on HOSE. After receiving the Decision, VIMEDIMEX chose the Auditing and Accounting Financial Consultancy Service Company Limited (AASC) to examine its financial statement of the first 6 months 2010 (Financial statements of the parent company and integration). However, due to limited time, VIMEDIMEX has not submitted its examined financial statement as stipulated. The company will disclose the financial statement in September 2010.
