TNC: Resolution of the BOD

Thong Nhat Rubber Joint Stock Company has informed of the resolution of the BOD in the meeting dated 10th August 2010 as follows:

Article 1: Approving the average consuming price used to calculate salary for 2010 as about VND36 million per ton of SVR3L.

Article 2: Requiring the Management Board to request the administration department to evaluate the plan of paying salary in units such as Hoa Binh rubber farm No.2, Phong Phu rubber farm, Phong Phu rubber processing plant and Bau Non rubber processing plant. Salary payment must be done fairly and based on production output of each unit.
