AGR: Resolution of the shareholders’ meeting by a ballot

AgriBank Securities Joint – Stock Corporation (AGRISECO) has announced the resolution of the shareholders’ meeting of listing additionally shares from dividend payment as follows:

- Article 1: Approving the listing of additional shares from dividend payment at 10% on April 29, 2010.

- Article 2: The resolution is valid as from August 12, 2010.
