MTG: Explanation for business results in Q2/2010

MT Gas Joint Stock Company (MT GAS) has announced explanation for business result in quarter 2/2010 as follows:

- In interpretation of the quarter 2/2010 financial statements, there was a receivable of Mr. Le Tu Minh – the Chairman of the BOD. The receivable is the loan of USD100,000 of Mr. Le Tu Minh in 2007. And Mr. Le Tu Minh paid whole the loan to MT GAS in July 2010.

- In quarter 2/2010, the price of LPG greatly decreased from month to month. However, the price in quarter 2/2010 was also higher than that in quarter 2/2009. In 2010, the company rearranged supply sources and controlled expenses. Therefore, revenue in quarter 2/2010 increased 469.5% beside the quarter 2/2009.

- In June 2010, the company transferred a part of capital at Phuoc Dong Properties Joint Stock Company (*) with 234,603 shares and got an income about 4.692 billion dongs.
