DLG: Contributing capital to found a company

Duc Long Gia Lai Group Joint Stock Company (Duc Long Gia Lai Group) has announced capital contribution as follows:

- On August 02, 2010, the BOD approved capital contribution to found Dak Nong Duc Long BT & BOT Joint Stock Company (*).

- The Dak Nong Duc Long BT & BOT JSC was founded with charter capital at 200 billion dongs (With 130 billion dongs of Duc Long Gia Lai Group equivalent to 65% of charter capital).
