Tan Binh Import – Export Joint Stock Company announces the record date to close shareholder list:

* Stock symbol: TIX

* Stock type: Common stock

* Par value: VND 10,000

* Ex-right date: August 23, 2010

(In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on August 23 & 24, 2010 sellers will not receive the rights.)

* Record date: August 25, 2010

* Dividend pay-out ratio: 10%/ par value (VND1,000/ share)

* Purpose: To make the first dividend payment for 2010.

* Payment date: September 15, 2010
