SBS: Change in the Company’s Charter

On July 30, 2010, the Board of Directors of Sacombank Securities Joint Stock Company (SBS) approved to change Article 13 in the Company’s Charter about the charter capital as follows:

Sacombank Securities Joint Stock Company increased its charter capital from VND1,100 billion to VND1,128.5 billion. Therefore, the total number of shares is 112,850,000 shares with par value of VND10,000/share.
