NTL: Explanation for business result in Quarter 2/2010

Tu Liem Urban Development Joint Stock Company explained the fluctuation in business result in Quarter 2/2010 compared with Quarter 2/2009:

* Profit after tax in Quarter 2/2009: VND88,370,468,727

* Profit after tax in Quarter 2/2010: VND238,587,180,722

* Difference: VND150,216,711,996

Profit in Quarter 2/2010 increased by 170% compared to Quarter 2/2009 because in Quarter 2/2010 the Company gained profit from securities investment and interest from bank deposits, and sold 16,141 sqm in New Urban Area Project in the north of Highway No.32.
