PXS: PVC-MS raise funds for Nguyen Huu Canh project

On July 30th 2010, Petroleum Equipment Assembly and Metal Structure Joint Stock Company (PVC-MS) signed a credit contract with Vietnam International Commercial Joint Stock Bank (VIB) to get a long-term loan to finance a complex project of apartments and offices at 02 Nguyen Huu Canh, Vung Tau City.

* Term of loan: 72 months

* Amount of loan: VND80 billion

* The apartment office project at 02 Nguyen Huu Canh, Vung Tau City, has an investment of VND274 billion, locates on 3570 sqm and included 19 storeys, in which: a supermarket and offices from the ground-floor to the fifth floor, 200 apartments from the sixth floor to the nineteenth floor. The foundation of the project was built and the project is expected to be completed in June 2011.
