SJCS: Adjustment in Charter and Appointment of a new BOD member

SJC Securities Corporation (SJCS) announced the adjustment in the Company’s Charter and the appointment of a new member for the Board of Directors:

* Adjusting and supplementing the Company’s Charter according to the form applied to listed companies on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange. Effective date: July 20, 2010.

* Appointing Ms. Nguyen Kim Cuc to the Board of Directors as from July 30, 2010.
