GMC: The BOD’s resolution of personnel change

Saigon Garment Manufacturing Trade Joint Stock Company (GARMEX) has announced the BOD’s resolution of personnel change as follows:

Article 1: Appointing Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Huong – a Deputy CEO to a Member of the BOD in the term 2009-2013.

Article 2: The BOD has to announce the decision and submit it to the 2011 shareholders’meeting.

Article 3: The resolution is valid as from August 04, 2010.
