CCM: Board Resolution

Can Tho Cement JSC announces the Board Resolution approved on 04/08/2010 as follows:

Changing in BOD and Supervisory Board:

- Mr. Tran Ky Xiet, Deputy General Manager, has been appointed Director in place of Mr. Truong Ngoc Quang, who was dead, with effect since 04/08/2010.

- Mr. Le Bao Toan, Deputy Manager of Cancimex Real estate JSC, has been appointed Member of Supervisory Board with effect since 04/08/2010.

- Ms. Nguyen Kim Hoang has resigned from Chief of Supervisory Board with effect sine 04/08/2010.

- Mr. Pham Tan Ngoc, Member of Supervisory Board, appointed Chief of Supervisory Board in place of Ms. Nguyen Kim Hoang with effect since 04/08/2010.
