PVD: Personnel Change
Petrovietnam Drilling and Well Services Joint Stock Company (PV Drilling) announced the change of key persons as follows:
* Mr. Do Van Khanh did not hold the positions as a representative of Petrovietnam Oil and Gas Group in PV Drilling, and a member of the Board of Directors of PV Drilling as from August 05, 2010. He was also not the CEO of PV Drilling as from August 05, 2010.
* Mr. Pham Tien Dung, PV Drilling’s Deputy CEO, replaced Mr. Do Van Khanh as a new representative of Petrovietnam Oil and Gas Group in PV Drilling, and a member of the Board of Directors of PV Drilling as from August 05, 2010. He was appointed as the CEO of PV Drilling as from August 05, 2010.
