VSH: Delay of holding the annual shareholders’ meeting 2010

Vinh Son - Song Hinh Hydropower Joint Stock Company has informed of delay of holding the annual shareholders’ meeting 2010 as follows:

On 10th May 2010, the company officially announced delay of holding the annual shareholders’ meeting until the end of May or beginning of June 2010 (Previous plan as 14th May 2010). During the time, the company had tried its best to prepare related contents for the meeting. However, due to the objective reasons, it has an announcement as follows:

- The company continues to delay the annual shareholders’ meeting till July 2010

- The meeting date will be informed later.
