PPI: Violation of information disclosure of major shareholder
The following is the violation of information disclosure requirement of a major shareholder:
Ms. Nguyen Thi Lien, bought 297,270 shares of Pacific Property and Infrastructure Development and Investment Joint Stock Company to increase the owning ratio to 6.77% total of outstanding PPI shares and became a major shareholder but was not in report. Ms. Nguyen Thi Lien, sold 101,000 PPI shares from May 17, 2010 to May 18, 2010 without announcement.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Loan, bought 79,000 PPI shares to increase the owning ratio to 5.4% total of outstanding PPI shares and became a major shareholder but was not in report. Ms. Nguyen Thi Loan, sold 176,000 PPI shares on May 20, 2010 without announcement.
Mr. Tran Van Ky, bought 168,610 PPI shares on May 28, 2010 to increase the owning ratio to 5.08% total of outstanding PPI shares and became a major shareholder but was not in report. Mr. Tran Van Ky, sold 119,710 PPI shares on May 31, 2010 without announcement.
Mr. Nguyen Duc Chung, bought 17.860 PPI shares on May 21, 2010 to increase the owning ratio to 5.16% total of outstanding PPI shares and became a major shareholder but was not in report. Mr. Tran Van Ky, sold 19,000 PPI shares on May 24, 2010 without announcement.
