+ For T+3 transactions: 06/7/2010
- Reasons: Dividend payment 2009
+ Exercise rate: 18% (Shareholders receive VND 1,800 for every 01 share they own)
+ Exercise date: 30/07/2010
+ Place of payment:
- For deposited shares: Securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
- For undeposited shares: Song Da No.9 JSC on working days. Securities certificate and Identification Card (Original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addtion to the mentioned above.
