VPL: Resolution of the shareholders’ meeting

Vinpearlland Tourism Joint Stock Company has informed of the resolution of the shareholders’ meeting dated 23rd June 2010 done through a ballot as follows:

1. Approving change of the company name:

- Current name: Vinpearlland Tourism Joint Stock Company

- Short name: Vinpearlland JSC.

- New name: Vinpearl Joint Stock Company

- Short name: Vinpearl JSC

2. Approving adjustment of company regulation:

Adjusting Article 1 and 2 of the company regulation

3. Authorization

Authorizing Mr. Nguyen Trong Hien – BOD Chairman and General Director of the company to do procedures to change contents of the license of business registration at the Department of Planning and Investment of Khanh Hoa Province as stipulated.

4. The resolution is valid from 23rd June 2010.
