Ha Tien Transport Joint Stock Company (HATIEN TRANSCO) has announced the record date for the payment for the 2009 dividend:

- Stock symbol: HTV

- Stock type: Common stock

- Par value: VND 10,000     

- Ex-right date: July 07, 2010  

(In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on July 07 & 08, 2010, sellers will not receive rights)

- Record date: July 09, 2010

- Purpose: To pay dividend for 2009 in cash.

- Dividend pay-out ratio: 2 %/ par value (VND 200/ share)

- Payment date:  July 27, 2010
