PPC: PLPC delays Annual General Meeting 2010

According to Resolution No.39/NQ-PPC-HDQT dated March 11, 2010, the meeting date of Annual General Meeting 2010 of Pha Lai Thermal Power Joint-Stock Company (PLPC) was April 27, 2010. However, because of objective reasons, PLPC decided to delay Annual General Meeting 2010 until the end of June 2010 at the latest.

The official meeting date will be decided by the Board of Directors.
