SD3: Results of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2010
Song Da 3 JSC has disclosed the results of its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on 28/4/2010. The following resolutions were approved:
1. Report of Operating result of 2009
- Revenue: VND 382.854 mil
- Investment: VND 38,310 mil
- Profit: VND 29,514 mil
- Payment to State budget: VND 11,605 mil
- Dividend: 16%
2. Plan in 2010
- Revenue: VND 422,900 mil
- Profit before tax: VND 30,000 mil
- Payment to State budget: VND 16,890 mil
- Dividend: 16%
3. Investment plan in 2010:
- Expansion of business line: VND 114,300 mil
- Capacity building: VND 9,000 mil
- Financial investment: VND 40,000 mil
4. Approval of 2009 Audited financial statement
5. Profit distritbution plan:
+ Dividend payment (16%): VND 12,799,484,800
+ Financial reserve fund (10%): VND 2,221,633,565
+ Development Investment fund: VND 3,906,690,845
+ Reward and welfare fund: VND 3,288,525,444
6. Report of the Supervisory Board on activities of the BOD and General Manager
7. Assigning the Board of Directors to choose auditor for auditing the Company’s 2010 financial statement
8. Payment for Board of Directors and Supervisory Board in 2009 and plan for 2010.
9. Charter capital increase in 2010:
