QTC: Results of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2010
Quang Nam Transportation Construction JSC has disclosed the results of its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on 22/4/2010. The following resolutions were approved:
1. Report of the BOD on management and operating results of 2009
- Revenue: VND 71.29 bil
- Profit before tax: VND 8.52 bil
- EPS: VND 5,820
2. Profit distribution plan:
+ Dividend payment (19%): VND 2,280,000,000
+ Financial reserve fund: VND 765,233,215
+ Development Investment Fund: VND 2,913,332,318
+ Reward fund: VND 405,005,544
+ Welfare fund: VND 300,000,000
+ Remuneration for Management Board: VND 320,000,000
+ Record date for dividend payment: 10/5/2010
3. Report of the BOD on business and development plan in 2010
- Revenue: VND 79 bil
- Dividend payment: VND 19%
4. Report of the Supervisory Board on management activities of the BOD and the Management Board in 2009.
5. Choosing AAC Company as auditor for auditing the Company’s 2010 financial statement
6. Payment for Board of Directors and Supervisory Board in 2010
7. Change in the Supervisory Board and BOD
- Mr. Nguyen Van Hieu has been appointed member of Supervisory Board.
- Mr. Nguyen Van Binh has resigned from Director and Ms. Ngo Thi Anh Tuyet has resigned from Member of Supervisory Board
- Mr. Tran Mong Nhung has been appointed Chair of the Board - cum - General Manager.
