PHH announces the notice of record date for seasoned issue as follows:
- Issuer: Hong Ha Petroleum JSC

- Par value: VND 10,000
- Stock type: Common stock
- Record date: 14/5/2010
- Ex-date: 12/5/2010
- Reasons: seasoned issue to outstanding shareholders and employees
1. Issuance to outstanding shareholders:
+ Share price: VND 12,000 per share
+ Exercise rate: 1 : 1 (Shareholders are entitled to buy 01 new share for every 01 right they own. The number of shares shareholder can buy is rounded down to unit digit). The odd shares and shares unsold will be determined by the Board of Directors in terms of price and subject of the offering.
+ Time for transfer of share purchase rights: From 28/5/2010 to 23/6/2010.
+ Time of registration for purchase: From 28/5/2010 to 25/5/2010
+ The owner of share purchase rights can transfer his rights once to another person through negotiation, The rights transferred can not be transferred to the third party.
+ Place:
- For deposited shares: Securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
- For undeposited shares: Hong Ha Petroleum JSC, 206A Nguyen Trai, Trung Van, Tu Liem, Hanoi, on working days (From Monday to Saturday).
- Securities certificate and Identification Card (Original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested.
2. Issuance to employees:
+ List of employees approved by the BOD.
+ Share price: VND 12,000 per share
+ No transfer of share purchase rights.
+ Stock type: Transfer restriction within 12 months after the day of completion of the issuance.
+ Time of registration for purchase: From 28/5/2010 to 25/5/2010
