HOSE announces the record date for dividend payment for 2009 of Phuc Tien Trade Manufacture Joint Stock Company:

* Stock symbol: PHT

* Stock type: Common stock

* Par value: VND 10,000     

* Ex-right date: May 12, 2010    

(In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on May 12 & 13, 2010, sellers will not receive the rights.)

* Record date: May 14, 2010 

* Purpose: To pay dividend for 2009 in cash

* Dividend pay-out ratio: 10%/ par value (VND1,000/share)

* Payment date: June 30, 2010 

Place & procedure of payment:
