(In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on May 12 and 13, 2010, sellers will not receive the rights.)

* Record date: May 14, 2010

* Purpose: To pay the 2009 dividend in cash

* Dividend pay-out ratio: 3 %/ par value (VND 300/ share)

* Payment date: May, 31 2010   

Place & procedure of payment:

- Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: At the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

- Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: At Phuong Nam Cultural Joint Stock Corporation. From Monday to Friday (From 13h to 16h30’)

Please submit ID card and Shareholder certificates or the legal authorized letters on receipt of dividend.

Vietnam Securities Depository _ HCMC Branch will temporarily suspend the depository activities for PNC on May 13, 14 & 17, 2010.
