SC5: Violation of major shareholders

The following are violations of information disclosure requirement of two major shareholders of Construction Joint Stock Company No.5:

* Ms. Pham Thi Lien, a major shareholder of Construction Joint Stock Company No.5, sold 63,920 SC5 shares on April 09, 2010 without announcement.  

* Mr. Nguyen Xuan Hong, a major shareholder of Construction Joint Stock Company No.5, sold 49,000 SC5 shares from March 02, 2010 to April 08, 2010 without announcement.
