SDA: Results of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2010
SIMCO Song Da JSC has disclosed the results of its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on 22/4/2010. The following resolutions were approved:
1. Report of Operating result of 2009
- Revenue: VND 178.2 bil
- Profit before tax: VND 40.3 bil
- Profit after tax: VND 33.7 bil
- Dividend payment by share: 20%
- Investment: VND 83.1 bil
2. Plan in 2010
- Revenue: VND 230 bil
- Profit before tax: VND 41.2 bil
- Profit after tax: VND 30.9 bil
- Expected Dividend payment: 15%
- Investment: VND 355.9 bil, in which:
+ Expansion of operation: VND 239.1 bil
+ Capital building: VND 4.9 bil
+ Investment in new projects: VND 95 bil
+ Financial investment:
- Dac Doa Hydroelectric power plant: VND 16.9 bil
- Capital contribution in several companies.

- Placement method: Dividend payment for 2009 by share (20%), exercise rate: 5 : 1
- Number of share to be issued is round down to unit digit.
- Listing of additional shares in HNX.
7. Payment for Board of Directors and Supervisory Board in 2009 and plan for 2010.
8. Amendment of the company’s charter.
