* Stock type: Common stock

* Par value: VND 10,000     

* Ex-right date: May 11, 2010    

(In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on May 11 & 12, 2010, sellers will not receive the rights.)

* Record date: May 13, 2010

* Purpose: To make the third dividend payment for 2009 in cash

* Dividend pay-out ratio: 5%/ par value (VND500/share)

* Payment date: June 04, 2010 

Place & procedure of payment:

- Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: At the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

- Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: At Chuong Duong Bevevarages Joint Stock Company from June 05, 2010 to June 30, 2010.
