NBC: Results of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2010
Vinacomin - Nui Beo Coal JSC has disclosed the results of its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on 25/4/2010. The following resolutions were approved:
1. Report of Operating result of 2009
- Revenue: VND 1,797.5 bil
- Profit before tax: VND 83.158 bil
- Dividend payout ratio: 15%
2. Plan in 2010
- Revenue: VND 2,005.3 bil
- Profit: VND 56.724 bil
- Dividend payout ratio: 15%
3. Profit distribution plan for 2009:
+ Dividend payment: 15% of charter capital
+ Charter capital supplement fund: 5% of profit after tax
+ Reward to Management Board: VND 300 mil
+ Reward and welfare fund: 55%
+ Development Investment fund: Remainder
4. Remuneration to the BOD and Supervisory Board in 2009: VND 118,895,400
5. Approval of 2009 Audited financial statement :
- Total assets: VND 761,863,106,313
- Revenue: VND 1,797,578,407,877

9. Change in the BOD:
- Mr. Pham Minh Thao has resigned from Chair of the Board - cum - Manager.
- Mr. Vu Anh Tuan has been appointed Chair of the Board and Manager in place of Mr. Thao
- Mr. Le Dinh Truong and Mr. Bui Nhu Tung have resigned from Director.
- Mr. Mai Quang Thai and Mr. Dao Duc Hy have been appointed Director in place of Mr. Truong and Mr. Tung
- Mr. Vu Anh Tuan hold concurrently Chair of the Board and Manager.
