Idico Urban and House Development Joint Stock Company (IDICO - UDICO) has announced the second 2010 annual shareholders’ meeting as follows:

* Meeting time: 08:00am May 21, 2010

* Venue: Conference Room of IDICO – UDICO – Nhon Trach 1 Industrial Park – Dong Nai Province

* Reason: The first meeting was not successful because the number of shareholders attended the meeting were not enough as the Law.
