UNI: Results of General Meeting of Shareholders 2010

Vien Lien JSC has disclosed the results of its General Meeting of Shareholders. The following resolutions were approved:

1. Operating plan 2010

- Revenue: VND 180 bil

- Profit after tax: VND 23 bil

2. Report from the Board of Directors 2009

3. Report from Supervisory Board

4. Audited financial statement 2009

5. Dividend payout ratio of 2009

6. Setting up funds:

- Reward and welare fund: VND 887.6 mil

- Retained profit: VND 3.288 bil

- Dividend payout ratio: 27% by share

7. Remuneration for the Board of Directors 2009: 768 mil

8. Changes in issuing convertible bond:

- Coupon: 10%/year

- Maturity: 2 years, may be convert bond into share after 1 year, at least.

9. Assign the Board of Directors to carry out dividend payment 27% by share and bonus share issue 73% par value at the same time as the issuing VND 50 billion of convertible bond.

10. Investment: assign the Board to start and sell Phu Quoc sea villar residence project in quarter 3 or 4/2010; decide type and time to join the project of 61 ha Residence project in Cua Can, Phu Quoc.
