SSS: Results of General Meeting of Shareholders 2010
Song Da 6.06 JSC has disclosed the results of its General Meeting of Shareholders. The following resolutions were approved:
1. Operating result 2009:
- Turnover: VND 65 bil
- Revenue: VND 48.1 bil
- Profit before tax: VND 3.49 bil
- Dividend payment: 10%
- Investment: VND 8.6 bil
2. Operating plan 2010:
- Turnover: VND 79.7 bil
- Revenue: VND 90.1 bil
- Profit before tax: VND 7.36 bil
- Dividend payment: 15%
- Investment: VND 16.26 bil

4. Report from Supervisory Board
5. Audited financial statement 2009
6. Dividend payout ratio of 2009
7. Setting up funds:
- Financial reserve: VND 79.69 mil
- Investment and development fund: VND 420 mil
- Reward fund: VND 38.3 mil
- Welfare fund: VND 38.3 mil
8. Remuneration for the Board of Directors and Supervisory Board 2009: VND 672 mil
9. Remuneration for the Board of Directors and Supervisory Board 2010: VND 672 mil
10. Sale of the Company’s equity (1,000,000 shares) in song Da – Nha Trang JSC at price no less than VND 13,000/share.
11. Assigning the Board of Directors to choose auditor for auditing the Company’s financial statement.
12. Change in the Board of Directors, term 2010 – 2014:
- Mr. Nguyen Huu Tien will hold Director in place of Mr. Nguyen Van Hung
13. Member of Supervisory Board:

- Mr. Nguyen Duc Thuat
- Mr. Nguyen Khac Hieu.
