SGD: Results of General Meeting of Shareholders 2010
Educational Book JSC in Ho Chi Minh City has disclosed the results of its General Meeting of Shareholders. The following resolutions were approved:
1. Operating result 2009:
- Revenue: VND 75.62 bil
- Profit before tax: VND 6.5 bil
2. Operating plan 2010:
- Revenue: VND 75 bil
- Profit before tax: VND 7.5 bil
- Dividend payment: 12%
3. Report from the Board of Directors 2009
4. Report from Supervisory Board
5. Audited financial statement 2009
6. Dividend payout ratio of 2009
7. Setting up funds:
- Reward and welfare fund: 20% of the profit after tax
- Bonus to the management and assistants of BOD: 5% of the profit after tax
8. Remuneration for the Board of Directors and Supervisory Board 2009: 55 of the profit after tax.
9. Assigning the Board of Directors to
- Choose auditor for auditing the Company’s financial statement.
- Registrate business lines supplementary
- Set up representative office in provinces
- Purchase or lease storehouse
- Amend the charter of the company.
