Construction JSC No. 3 has disclosed the results of its General Meeting of Shareholders. The following resolutions were approved:

1. Operating result 2009:

- Turnover: VND 465.8 bil

- Revenue: VND 348.7 bil

- Profit before tax: VND 41.1 bil

- Dividend payment: 18%

2. Operating plan 2010:

- Turnover: VND 511 bil

- Revenue: VND 373 bil

- Profit before tax: VND 44.2 bil

- Dividend payment: 18%

- Investment: VND 360 bil
