APS: Results of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2010
APS has disclosed the results of its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. The following resolutions were approved:
1. Report of Opearting result of 2009
- Revenue: VND 111,218,291,082
- Profit before tax: VND 10,104,529,014
- Profit after tax: VND 10,104,529,014
2. Plan in 20010
+ Revenue: VND 143,020,000,000
+ Profit before tax: VND 73,898,000,000
3. Report of Supervisory Board’s activities
4. Report of BOD’s activities
5. Payment for Board of Directors and Supervisory Board 2009 and payment plan for BOD and Supervisory Board in 2010
6. Chairman of BOD concurrents General Director
7. Delete the registration of trading on UPCoM
8. Change some points in Charter
9. Change in the Supervisory Board and BOD:
Mr. Vu Trong Quan has been appointed new member of BOD
Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Hai has been appointed new memeber of Supervisory Board
10. Auditing company in 2009
The General Meeting of Shareholders assigned the Board of Directors to choose the auditing company approved by the SSC
11. Adjustment of private placing to increase Charter capital from VND 260 bil. to VND 390 bil.
12. ESOP plan for staff as follow:
- Issuing volume: 1,950,000 shares
- Offering price: VND 10,000 per share
- Time of issuing: QII-2010
13. Suppliment Stock issue underwriting business line.
