VFMVF1: The record date for dividend payments
HOSE announces the record date for the second dividend payment in 2009 and the first dividend payment in 2010 in cash of Vietnam Securities Investment Fund (VF1 Investment Fund) as follows:
* Securities symbol: VFMVF1
* Securities type: Fund certificate
* Par value: VND10,000
* Ex-right date: April 20, 2010
(In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on April 20 & 21, 2010, sellers will not receive the right)
* Record date: April 22, 2010
* Purpose: For the second dividend payment in 2009 and the first dividend payment in 2010 in cash
* Payment ratio: 15% / par value (VND1,500 / fund certificate)
* Payment ratio: May 12, 2010
* Implementation place:
+ Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: At the securities firms where shares have been deposited.
+ Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: After the record date, shareholders contact VietFund Management (VFM) and supply the account number so that VFM transfers dividend to the accounts.
Vietnam Securities Depository _ HCMC Branch will temporarily suspend the depository activities for VFMVF1 on April 21, 22 & 26, 2010.
