VFMVF4: The record date for dividend payments
HOSE announces the record date for the second dividend payment in 2009 and the first dividend payment in 2010 in cash of Vietnam Blue - Chip Fund (VF4 Investment Fund) as follows:
* Securities symbol: VFMVF4
* Securities type: Fund certificate
* Par value: VND10,000
* Ex-right date: April 20, 2010
(In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on April 20 & 21, 2010, sellers will not receive the right)
* Record date: April 22, 2010
* Purpose: For the second dividend payment in 2009 and the first dividend payment in 2010 in cash
* Payment ratio: 10% / par value (VND1,000/fund certificate)
* Payment ratio: May 12, 2010
* Implementation place:
+ Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: At the securities firms where shares have been deposited.
+ Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: After the record date, shareholders contact VietFund Management (VFM) and supply the account number so that VFM transfers dividend to the accounts.
Vietnam Securities Depository _ HCMC Branch will temporarily suspend the depository activities for VFMVF4 on April 21, 22 & 26, 2010.
