VST: Explanation for differences of profit after tax in 2009

Vietnam Sea Transport and Chartering Joint Stock Company (VITRANSCHART JSC.) has explained differences of profit after tax in 2009 as follows:

* The audited profit after tax was 60.07 billion dongs and different 17.56 billion dongs to the company’s figure on Jan. 28, 2010 because the company had not finish the tax finalization of corporate income tax.

* At present, the tax finalization was finished and corporate income tax was 17.56 billion dongs. Therefore, the remains of profit after tax was 60.07 billion dongs.
