On 22 March 2010, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) announces the pause in trading TRI stock as from March 25, 2010 as follows:

* Listed firm: Sai Gon Beverages Joint Stock Company (TRIBECO)

* Stock symbol: TRI

* Reason: TRIBECO’s business was lost in 02 consecutive years as the audited financial statements in 2008 & 2009.

* The HOSE will consider the trading of TRI again after TRIBECO explains the reasons and gives the business plans in next time.
