CTD: Information disclosure

Cotec Construction Joint Stock Company (COTECCONS) has announced COTECCONS signed a construction contract for Indochina Plaza Project of Ha Noi Residential & Commercial Centre Ltd. as follows:

* On 13 March 2010 COTECCONS held a ground breaking ceremony of Indochina Plaza Project at 239 Xuan Thuy St., Cau Giay Dist., Hanoi.

* After many of projects of Indochina Corporation (*) such as: Nam Hai Resort, Riverside Tower (Da Nang), River Garden (Dist. 2, HCMC.) and Marble Mountain Beach Resort (Da Nang), COTECCONS continuously was assigned to construction basements and the body of the project. Indochina Plaza has 120,000m2 of total area including 02 basements and 03 towers. The highest tower is 36 floors and the 02 remains are 31 floors and 12 floors with total amount VND417 billion (Included VAT).

* COTECCONS will build the project by top down method with finish time in 290 days.

* Total value of contracts and realized revenue in 2010 reached VND4,000 billion (excluding VAT).
