HDC starts an apartment building project

On March 17, 2010, Ba Ria - Vung Tau House Development Joint Stock Company (HODECO) started building an apartment building combined with a supermarket at Lot A, 199 Nam Ky Khoi Nghia, Ward 3, Vung Tau City.

This is a project locating the city’s center. The project includes 02 blocks (Lot A and Lot B), and every block has 18 storeys.

- Area of project: 2,762 square meters

- Construction area: 2,060 square meters

- Construction density: 74.6 per cent

- Total floor area: 35,626 square meters

- Total apartments: 256 apartment

- Total investment: VND211 billion.

Co.op Mart has signed a contract to rent 6,000 square meteres for a supermarket.

HODECO expects to complete the foundation and sell apartments to customers in late 2010.
