CSM: Explanation for Quarter 4/2009 business result

Southern Rubber Industry Joint Stock Company explained the fluctuation in Quarter 4/2009 business result as follows:

Profit in Quarter IV in 2009 was lower than Quarter III because production cost increased by VND51.5  billion, in which: Cost of goods sold raised by 5.82% because main materials, fuel in period were high. Natural rubber increased averagely VND9.325 per kilogram, or 28 percent. 

The ratio of selling expense to revenue was up 0.76% from Quarter 3/2009.
