VPL: Transferring shares in a subsidiary

Vinpearlland Tourism Joint Stock Company (VINPEARLLAND JSC) has announced share transference to individuals in Hoi An Vinpearl Tourism Investment JSC as follows:

* On 02 March 2010, the BOD of VINPEARLLAND JSC approved share transference in Hoi An Vinpearl Tourism Investment JSC to individuals.

* Transference volume: 7,800,000 shares equivalent to VND78,000,000,000 (26% of charter capital of Hoi An Vinpearl Tourism Investment JSC).

* After the transference, VINPEARLLAND JSC has hold 9,000,000 shares equivalent to VND90,000,000,000 (30% of charter capital of Hoi An Vinpearl Tourism Investment JSC).
