Vietnam Container Shipping Joint Stock Company (VICONSHIP) has announced details of the annual shareholders’ meeting as follows:

1. Meeting time: 08:00 am March 25, 2010

2. Venue: Fl. 1 Habourview Hotel – 4 Tran Phu St., Ngo Quyen Dist., Hai Phong

3. Contents:

* Reports of the BOD, the 2009 business results and the 2010 business plans

* Reports of the Supervisory Board

* Member appointment into the BOD and the Supervisory Board in term 2010-2014

* Others

4. Objects:

* All shareholders owning VSC shares were recorded on February 25, 2010

* The shareholders, who cannot attend to the meeting, can authorize others only once.
