COM: The BOD's resolution of using treasury stock

Materials - Petroleum Joint Stock Company (COMECO) has announced the BOD’s resolution of using treasury stock as follows:

Article 1: Approving deduction 5%/the 2009 profit after tax (VND63,223,836,892 * 5% = VND3,161,191,845) to compensate for the source of treasury stock and distribute to the key staffs:

* Trading method: Not through floor

* Determination of conversion price: Choosing the closing price on March 25, 2010 as the conversion price

* Restriction time for transference: 03 years

Article 2: Assigning the CEO and departments to implement the resolution.
