TIX: Estimated operating results in 6 months

Tan Binh Import – Export Joint Stock Corporation (TANIMEX) announced the operating results in the first six months of fiscal year 2009 – 2010 as follows:

- The estimated revenue of Tanimex in the first 6 months of fiscal year 2009 – 2010 was VND326.5 billion, and revenue was VND46.5 billion, getting 50.6% of year plan.

- With a stable income from land lease and workshop lease which are exchanged for USD, source of capital for business is initiative and the balance of bank deposits is higher than borrowed funds. Therefore, the Company’s operating results are not affected by changes in recent exchange and interest rate policy.

- Tanimex’s projects are in progress. 100% of projects for rent have customers, especially Son Ky (Tan Phu District) Apartment Building is expected to open in June 2010. The current number of customers registering is more than the number of apartments built.

- In April 2010, Tanimex will pay dividend in stock at 10% for the first installment of 2010.
