VFMVF4: Resolution on capital increase plan

Vietnam Blue-Chips Fund (VF4 Investment Fund) announced a resolution on capital increase plan as follows:

Article 1: Increase in charter capital:

Vietnam Blue-Chips Fund will raise its charter capital by VND403,230,000,000, equivalent to 40,323,000 fund certificates in 2010, by issuing rights to buy fund certificates to the existing investors.  

Article 2:

The Representative Board of the Fund was authorized to examine the feasibility of capital increase in 2010 and decide:

* Plan to issue more fund certificates and plan to invest the capital of the issuance.

* To choose an underwriter.

* To approve the adjustments (If any) which relate to the charter capital increase if these adjustments have to be approved in the meeting of investors.

* To implement other procedures of the issuance.     

Article 3: The resolution takes effect from March 17, 2010.
