Khang Dien House Trading and Investment Joint Stock Company (KHADIHOUSE JSC) has announced the successful issue of VND90 billion corporate bonds under private placement as follows:

* Bond type: Corporate bond (Unconvertivle)

* Par value: VND1,000,000,000/bond

* Bond interest: 16% / year fixed for the fist 06 months. With the remaining months, interest will be based on 03-month period interest rate of Vietnam International Commercial Joint Stock Bank added 4%/year and the interest will be adjusted every 03 month.

* Bond maturity: 18 months

* Issue date: March 13, 2010

* Maturity date: September 13, 2011

* The issue volume: 90 bonds
