CAD: The record date for a ballot

HOSE announces the record date for collecting shareholders’ agreements of Cadovimex Seafood Import - Export And Processing Joint Stock Company (CAD) as follows:

* Stock symbol      : CAD

* Stock type          : Common stock

* Par value            : VND10,000

* Ex-right date       : February 23, 2010

(In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on February 23 & 24, 2009, sellers will not receive the right)

* Record date      : February 25, 2010

* Purpose            : For collecting shareholders’ agreements by letters

+ Issuing additionally shares to the existing shareholders to increase charter capital at 1:1 ratio

+ Dividing capital surplus into shares with ratio 10:1

+ Listing additionally whole shares

* Implementing time for collecting shareholders’ agreements: from March 05, 2010 to March 15, 2010

* Exercise ratio: 1:1 (01 share equivalent to 01 right)

Viet Nam Securities Depository – Hochiminh Branch will temporarily suspend the depository activities for CAD on February 24, 25 & 26, 2010.
